Please Help: income tax returns

i hv file d income tax return for a.y2007-08 and onward in current period in case of co. but return is not upload , it shows a error that v can't file return as per sec 12 of i.tax act. so i want to regularise the company return, so pls tell me wt is d procedure for it.
