Q. > Please Help: only comission income
I have only commission income and intt on fdr, can i file return under 44ad or itr 4, if ITR 4, I have to prepare Balance sheet nd P & L

if ur commission is commission on sales you can file RTI in the form ITR 4, As per amendments ITR 4S cannot be filed for commission income. and if ur commission is less then 15 lacks u can file return in non books of account option otherwise u have to prepare profit and loss account and audit is mandatory
