Q. > Please Help: Refund of Income Tax
I K R Melvanki Prof.I have Received my Form 16 for Assessment year 2016-17 salary Rs.215000/-that is inclusive of arrears of salry Rs.265000/-salary not bifircurcated as regular salary & Arrears by the college.On that base with out applying relef u/s 89 I have filed my Return on 13.06.2016.Later on it came to my notice that for arrears there is a relief u/s 89, hence I calculate & claimed Relief U/s 89 & filed Return on 15-07-2016.By that time I have received a Refund cheque for return filed on 13.06.2016 Rs.29560/.Now what can I do to get refund on Revised Return filed on 15.07.2016 relief thereon is Rs.52600
