Q. > Please Help: Sec 142(1) notice to individual
In case before leaving the jurisdiction or residence the assessee already gives all the bank statements and all other information to AO by speed post or all his ITR computation details to AO, and is unable to attend personally the date of notice, how far he is liable and what maximum is possible?
