If a Separate invoice is issued for the reimbursement of expenses, then no TDS will be deducted.If Commission & Expenses are shown in one single invoice & bifurcation is given for the same, and expenses & commission both recorded in accounts as Commission(i.e expenses are not separately booked) then deduct TDS.
