IF WE ARE HAVING A CONTRACT WITH A SPECIFIC PERSON THEN WE SHOULD DEDUCT TDS U/S 194C(ASSUMING ALL CONDITIONS OF 194C TO DEDUCT TDS ARE SATISFIED) BUT THE PERSON IS PROVIDING US PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO US WHICH IS ELIGIBLE TO TDS U/S 194J.MY QUERY IS WHETHER WE SHOULD DEDUCT TDSU/S 194C(1%) OR 194I(10%)
