whetere a GTA can GST Registration in one state and charge GST @ 12%, while not taking registration in other states where he is providing GTA service and not charge GST for other states

05-Mar-2019 , 01:14:12 pmyes, he can take registration in one state and charge @12% and at the same time in another state he may take benefit of RCM by not getting GST registration.

07-Mar-2019 , 05:28:19 pmYes GTA can GST registration in one state and charge @ 12% No need for GST registration for providing service in other state but required GST if GTA has a registered office in other state. RCM may apply only if service provided to specific entity.
