Q. > Please Help: Input of AMC from Abroad
A Contract between Indian company and foreign company to Provide the AMC of Machinery . AMC include Both ( Parts and Repair ) . Service tax is paid by Indian Company . Now query is wether Indian company can take the benefit of service tax paid by Indian company on the AMC provided by foreign Company
