Respected Sir, My query is regarding the service tax matter of Legal Advisory Service that One of my client is Partnership Firm and he receives a services from the Legal and advisory the P.Y. Service provided by my client is Rs 12,00,000/- including Rs 11,00,000/- of Goods Tranportation Service and Rs 1,00,000/- other Legal Service so now i want to know whether the service tax is liable to pay in reverse charge mechanism by Partnership Firm.
