Dear Sir,
Good Morning !!
I would like to know about difference or registration between Delhi service tax & Ghaziabad (U.P) service tax
can we easily get service tax registration like Delhi
As one of my friend is currently leaving at Indipuram (Ghaziabad) on rent
And he wanted to register himself with service tax as a Proprietor
Still
Even he does not have any address and ID proof on the address
So, will it be possible to get the registration

15-Feb-2017 , 03:45:01 pmService Tax is a central tax so there is no difference in registration process however you definitely will be required to submit ID and address proof. For rental address you may need to provide rent agreement plus electricity bill etc in the name of owner.
