Q. > Please Help: Service tax - cenvat
Hello everyone,
A Nbfc engaged in Financial business can take cenvat credit of an amount equivalent to 50%.
My question is
1. whether it can take input credit on reimbursement of travelling bills of field staff
2. whether it can take input credit on reimbursement of telephone bills of office staff
will there be any difference if the bills are in name of company itself
