My Friend provide is provide service as Airtel Distributer/Franchiee in 10 Village. He want to registered under Service Tax. Which Service is selected for this like Business Auxiliary Service, Business Support Service or Franchies Service etc. Plz reply me.

24-Dec-2014 , 04:14:39 pm“Franchise” means an agreement by which the franchisee is granted representational right to sell or manufacture goods or to provide service or undertake any process identified with franchisor, whether or not a trade mark, service mark, trade name or logo or any such symbol, as the case may be, is involved; According to this definition your service would fall under franchise service.
