Please clarify with regard Service Tax and Sales Tax provisions on given issue.
Xyz got a contract to supply scaffolding material on a rental basis from MNR Co they also got another contract from the same company to supply manpower for the given job.Here both contracts are independent. Now, XYZ taken a material as well as manpower from ABC sub contractors.
Question No.1 For materials supply on rental basis whether sales tax or service applies.
