Q. > Please Help: SERVICE TAX
Mr.A a taxable service provider and he receive a tender service from Mr.B to provide service for Rs.100,000 plus S.Tax But meanwhile Mr.A outsource the said service to Mr. C for Rs.80,000 plus S.Tax. So in the given case our Q is that what are the provision for payment of S.Tax for both Mr.A & Mr.C ? And how much Service tax shall be payable by Mr. A ? Pls suggest me as soon as possible bcoz its urgent.
