Is a company providing coaching to students to go abroad to study, chargeable to Service Tax? Why not private schools then?

05-Jul-2015 , 06:16:43 pmPrivate schools are covered under negative list. And educational institutions / private coaching like classes are specifically excluded from negative list so they are subject to liable for service tax even though coaching to students
