I AM AN INVESTMENT ADVISER AND I PROVIDE ADVISORY (TIPS) SERVICES TO MY CLIENT, WHAT RATE OF SERVICE TAX IS APPLICABLE AND IS THERE ANY ABATEMENT AVAILABLE TO ME.
