Please Help: service tax

one of my client is work for tuition classes. He is take franchise from a reputed company. between both of them a contract for income sharing. franchise co charge income + service tax from my client and no bill raised for this and my client take fees from student + service tax on whole income.

so my query is that on which part service tax is paid by my client, which is whole fees or only his share??
