Dear Arya,
Yes, if you are able to justify the same i.e. ( For ex if you are undergoing training in noida (U.P) and doing graduation from Delhi University - SOL).
Further, as now a ca student cannot do regular graduation, therefore the same is possible.

Dear Arya,
No, it wont be possible as you would not be in a position to justify the same i.e. for half of the day you are in rajasthan and for the rest of the day you are out of Rajasthan.
However, theoretically there is no restriction in doing the same.
