Dear experts,
I have filed INC-1 regarding change of name of company and same has been approved.
what are the further procedure to be follow to get Name of company( New Name).
please solve my query as soon as possible.

Since your INC-1 is approved,now - you are required to file form MGT-14 (necessary resolution for alteration of MOA and AOA) and form INC-24 to give effect to change in name.

File MGT 14 14 within 30 days of passing Special Resolution (along with Minutes & notice of Meeting, Altered AOA and MOA) 3. File INC 24 within 30 days of resolution 4. Registrar will issue Fresh Certificate
