Please Help: form 112

I made a delay in submitting form 112,got a reply from ICAI asking for 500 condonation fee and condonation letter from employer. I joined the bcom course while I was in a different firm, now I have taken transfer ,but the letter went to old employer. Can my new employer give condonation letter. Please help
