Please Help: information of firm in article vacancy section

sir, earlier when i find the vacancy for articleship, i am able to obtain contact no. mail id of the firm but from some days its add an another cloumn i.e. APPLY NOW due to this mail id and contact no. of firm is not available on said place. Please reset this problem.
