Q. > Please Help: Restrotation of firm name
My firm name cancelled due to non payment of COP fess in 2007. Can I restore the firm name. If so what is the procedure.

You will need to pay the dues till date and also ensure that the firm name you want is not taken up by any one else. Firm name availability can be checked from the ICAI website
