In case of items of 1% tax rate i.e. bullion etc.what is the rate to be charged for central sales ag. C form & without C form ?

IN THIS CASE LOWER OF LOCAL VAT RATE AND CST IS TO BE CHARGED i.e. 1% CST will be charged.

04-Jan-2014 , 02:26:43 pmSale against Form C the rate of tax is 1% and without Form C is the local rate of tax is applied but if the local rate of tax is lower than the tax rate against Form C that is lower than 2% then the lower rate of tax will be applicable against Form C sale. In this case Form C is immaterial as the local rate of tax is less than 2%.
