16-Oct-2014 , 04:27:28 pmSales Tax registration under MVAT Turnover Limits 10 lacs include tax free w.e.f 26.06.2014. In your case no need of sales tax registration but if u want to apply under MVAT registration then u can apply under voluntary registration with 5000 fee Plus 25000 refundable interest free deposit

22-Oct-2014 , 02:30:25 pmThough Limit Is Rs 10,00,000 is applicable w.e.f 26.06.2014. The total purchase of taxable goods is not less than Rs 10,000/- as stipulated in section 3 of MVAT you need to register under MVAT as compulsory registration.
