Our client is registered in both PTEC and PTRC under Maharashtra Vat?Where as it only required to regd for ptec.Tell how to apply cancellation of PTRC and how can we waive off the penalty for non submission of ptrc returns?

10-Apr-2014 , 06:17:01 pmApply for cancellation of PTRC stating the reason of non applicability e.g.No employees or all the employees are senior citizens etc.
