if a WCT contract has been given to the contractor fr painting of building then my first ques is
1- whether its is taxable
2 the above ontract is given to the party without having TIN NUMBER so whether VAT should be deducted or not and if not then what can be done for such conract

The painting of a building comes under the wct act provided it is covered in its work order.
