Q. > Please Help: VAT - CST
In case of Capital Goods purchased outside state i.e. e.g. in case of goods purchased in gujarat from maharashtra and in that case goods required to return (Send Back) than what is the procedure from the point of View of Accounts, CST and cross state border clearance. Whether require to issue debit note or sale bill for clearance at state border purchase is there any procedure under CST Act in this case ???
