If the sudden origin of NFRA has its immediate source in the PNB issue, i doubt who will monitor the administration and interpretations of RBI which has more dominant role over the banks. RBI's lapse in in timely functioning over PNB, as many sections believe, is more than that of ICAI monitored Chartered Accountants.So it is better if Finance Ministry could take a second thought and appoint one o
