Total mismanagement has been seen at the time of counting of branch elections at Noida. Lots of branch level candidates and members of ICAI protested and forwarded a letter to ICAI President, Vice President and all council members.

CASANSAAR Team got a copy of complaint made by the members of ICAI belonging to Panipat, Rohtak, Hisar by viewing the arrangements made by the Institute. Here are the contents of the protested letter sent by more than 50 branch level candidates :

Today, DT. 25TH fEB, 2013, We the members of ICAI profession belonging to Panipat, Rohtak, Hisar & other branches felt ashamed by viewing the arrangements made by the Institute. Our specific resentments are on account of following counts :

• No definite time for counting was given by representatives irrespective of various follow up, thus disregarding the time value.

• No arrangements whatsoever for sitting, water which are necessary has been made.

By this memorandum, we want to draw your kind attention.
