Fantastic decision ever by Hon High Court. I salute to the honourable Judge Sir. We require these type of Judgements. No person has raised any question on Interest Charged by the department @ whoping 1642.50% PA . Yes 1645.50 % if you pay TDS on 1st may in place of 30th april (one day delay) they are charging 4.5% interest.
