Q. income tax - One of My Client sold some plots which he was purchased as a agricultural land.he purchased that land in 2007 at Raigarh. Chhattisgarh state he sold his plots in different sizes just 20 days ago at Rs.5 lakhs each.he note this amount in document which is registered by registrar office,also his plots government value was noted in his document i.e.Rs.10 lakhs.
i want to know that whether advance tax for that transaction,when i calculated his advance tax against this transaction,i considered sale consideration value Rs.10 lakhs, but he actually received Rs.5 lakhs.here front party deposited stamp duty + registration fees on amount of Rs.10 lakhs.
BUT MY PROBLEM IS HOW whether we CALCULATE THE ADVANCE TAX FOR LONG TERM CAPITAL GAIN ON SALE CONSIDERATION ON AMOUNT Rs.10 LAKHS when he received 5 lakhs. because agriculture land is not covered under the defination of capital assets. or we considered rs. 5 lacs as consideration. pls inform. because it is the tax audit point.

One LLP is formed with three partners two of them are CA and third partner is other than CA
Now question is that, can LLP take audit (any audit) in its name i.e in the name of LLP.
Audit report will be signed by CA Partner.

2.Is there any time boundation for other existing partner of firm to reply to objection raised by retiring partner. IF The mail was sent by institute on 01.01.2014 to other partners?

1.The Company was formed during the year 2013-14
2.however they have not appointed first statutory auditor in their first board meeting.

Co - A Company was formed on 2/8/2011, in a board meeting held on 15/08/2011 Directors Appionted the first Auditor but not intimation was sent to ROC Nor the audit report, Annual returns etc. have been submitted to ROC. Now in what form No Intimation of appiontment , annual returns etc shall be submitted by the Company/Auditor to ROC.
