Q. Vat Registration - Sir, I want to know about Vat Registration at Rajasthan , i have all documents complete but on supporting documenttht “Address Proof Of Business place” is not complete . The problem that there is no Electricty/ Water Connection and Registery of Shop in Form Of only Agreement format at name of Landlord .The land Lord Not want to Give Rent Agreement . I have Heard that a Affidavit can submitted in place of these documents.please Suggest me and give me this Affidavit Formate in my Mail ID

Q. VAT - Plz Ans.
The dealer is registered under Delhi VAT and he is engaged in online trading like flipcart, jabong etc. His vendor is in Gujarat and if any customer, lets say from Maharashtra or Tamilnadu place any order online to him, he approach his vendor in Gujarat to directly deliver goods to his customer in their particular city. Now the points to be cleared are :
1. The goods were dispatched from Gujarat to Maharashtra/Tamil Nadu and in Delhi no activity was performed so how can we apply Delhi VAT on it.
2. How can we send invoice to the customer along with goods, as goods are being delivered from Gujarat but dealer is in Delhi.

Q. VAT on amount charged by the builder after possession of flat - Hi friends,
I am from Madhya pradesh.I booked a flat which is under construction. The price of flat is 2000000 (excluding registry charges & Service tax)which is payable in installments during construction period. I have to pay other charges (external maintenance charges, for 3 years, electricity charges, Water charges, society maintenance fund, club maintenance charges for 3 years, registry charges)after possession.Builder charged Service tax on flat price( ie. on 20 lacs) and also on Other charges mentioned above. He also charged VAT on Other charges mentioned above.
In addition to the above he also charged PLC on last installment at the time of possession of flat & Service tax/VAT on such PLC charges.
My queries are as follows:
1) Whether Service tax is chargeable on payment of installments of Flat price ( ie. on 20 lacs)?
2) What is PLC & whether it is chargeable to Service tax/VAT ?
3)Whether Service tax/VAT is chargeable on other charges mentioned above ?
4) What is the rate of Service tax & VAT (if chargeable) ?

Q. MVAT_REGISTRATION IN MAHARASHTRA - Dear All,

One of the my client is manufacturer of Rakshabandhan (Rakhi) but as per Maharashtra value Added Tax Rakshabandhan (Rakhi) is totally tax free item, but raw material of Rakshabandhan is not tax free like metal and other goods,

My question is:-

1) Can we take MVAT registration under compulsory scheme after giving sales invoices of Rs. 500000/ and Taxable Purchase invoice of Rs. 10000
2) Can we claim for refund what ever MVAT we are paying for purchases of Raw materials

Q. MVAT Return Form 233 - As per MVAT Act, under composition scheme of sale of residential units, we have to pay VAT @ 1% on Flat sale price or market price whichever is higher.

Suppose The Agreement Value is 10,00,000 and Market Value is 15,00,000, then we have to pay VAT 1% of 15,00,000 that is 15,000/-

My question is , while filling return in MVAT form 233, under gross sales value, what we have to put - Market value or Actual Sale (Agreement) Value. ?

1. MAVT Rc number ( But all sales to unregistered dealers) so how could i have tin number..

2. Grand total mismatch ( from wher it is comparing it to..?0
